🌿 How to Use Intention Oils

1. Set a Clear Intention
Before using the oil, take a moment to get grounded. Ask yourself:
What do I want to attract, release, or create?
Write your intention down or speak it aloud.
Keep it simple, specific, and heartfelt.

2. Apply the Oil Mindfully
Rub a few drops of the oil between your palms. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and visualize your intention clearly—see it unfolding, feel it, believe it.
Body Use: Dab a little oil on your wrists, neck, heart center, or soles of the feet. (Avoid the face and sensitive areas.)
Candle Dressing: Anoint candles from base to wick to draw in energy, or wick to base to release.
Tool Charging: Rub a drop onto crystals, talismans, journals, or ritual tools to charge them with your intention.

3. Stay Present and Open
After applying the oil, stay in the moment. Let the scent remind you of your intention throughout the day or ritual. Revisit your intention as needed, reinforcing it with action and belief.
